How to use? 🧐
Step 1:
Wash hands. Fill a clean bottle with safe water—distilled, bottled, 0.2-micron filtered, reverse-osmosis, or boiled and cooled. Warm briefly in microwave for 5–10 sec increments if desired.

Step 2:
Empty one saline packet into the bottle. Secure the cap and tube. Cover the tip and shake gently until dissolved. Use only compatible saline packets.

Step 3:
Lean over a sink, tilt head forward, keep mouth open without holding your breath. Place the bottle tip against one nostril and squeeze GENTLY. Solution should flow through to the OPPOSITE nostril; some may reach the mouth. Use 60–120 mL per nostril. Do not swallow.

Step 4:
Blow nose gently without pinching. Sniff lightly if comfortable to clear deeper nasal areas. Spit out any solution reaching the throat. Tilt head forward and blow your nose gently to the opposite side to help drain residual fluid.

Step 5:
Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the other nostril. Most users find rinsing twice daily is beneficial. For special circumstances, even rinsing up to 6 times a day is safe. Please follow your doctor’s advice for frequency.

Step 6:
Clean bottle, cap, and tube. Air dry on a clean surface before next use.
